Requirement: Course requires an Active Certification Nursing Assistant Certification to be list on the Georgia Nurse Aide Registry and in good standing.

Administering medications is a very important task. Current regulations and requirements for medication administration in assisted living community in Georgia require the use of certified medication aides. One of the requirements is that any unlicensed person administering medications or supervising the administration of medications must pass a test given by the state of Georgia. Becoming a CMA, there is a potential to earn a higher salary and to advance in positions.  If you are anticipating attending nursing, physician assistant, or medical programs/schools; this program will provide you with an awareness and knowledge base to a variety of medications, routes, and dosages to administer accurately.

December 1- 3; December  7- 9;  December 14 - 16, 2020

Tuition: 350.00  

3- day class 1:30pm - 5:30pm 

Course completion must be fulfilled to take state exam and to be list on the state registry as a Certified Medication Aide.

Due at Registration: $185.00 Deposit toward tuition, Background check, US valid Driver's License, or GA State ID,Tuberculosis (TB) Skin test (within 6 months) and the first Hepatitis B vaccine (if not previously vaccinated; you may decline this vaccine), and Social Security Card, Proof of active CNA card.  Cash Payments are only accepted during the time of registration. No personal checks. Balance Payment must be paid by 8am by Paypal ([email protected]) or Cash App to $LSFH on the first day of class.  Students are not allowed to sit in class without adhering to financial obligation to school.
